ORLANDO — Utah state Sen. Curt Bramble, R-Provo, was in Orlando on Thursday, touting what has been dubbed the “Utah Solution” — a combination of immigration reform bills passed by the 2011 Legislature — to a group of about 100 Latino evangelical leaders and members of the wider Orlando community.
